Estate Compliance

The Community Association has instructed Harrington Lifestyle Services to enforce a strict new Compliance Policy in the estate, based on feedback from the community about the inadequacies of the current policy.
The new policy remains in line with the rules outlined in Community Management Statement, the Deed of Covenant and Section 88B, which all residents agreed to prior to moving into the estate. The changes relate more to the actual enforcement of breaches of compliance in the estate, resulting in a speedier enforcement process
