Kids ZoneThe Grove Health & Fitness Kids Zone is on Monday's, Thursday's and Friday's from 9.00am to 12.00pm.

Come along to the Country Club and enjoy a class or your own workout while your children are next door.

The cost is $5 per child and we require that you book your child in advance.
