Grove Updates

We are currently transitioning some of our IT services to a new system, which has unfortunately meant that some of our emails have not been reaching our residents. We hope to have this rectified asap but in the meantime, please see all Grove Updates below.

MAGNOLIA POOL

The contractors have now completed all work on the Magnolia Pool, so residents can once again start swimming at the Magnolia Club! The pool is accessible from 8.30am, closing around sunset/8.00pm in the warmer months. The contractors have sincerely apologised for the delay and we thank all residents for your understanding and patience during the repairs. We hope you all get to enjoy this beautiful weather!

NEW KIDZONE SCHEDULE

Thank you to all residents who have responded to our KidZone Survey so far. As  a  result of this Survey, plus feedback received over the past few months, we have decided to trial the following new days/times for KidZone to see how they go.

This new KidZone schedule will commence Tue 6 Dec, 2016.

5.00pm – 8.00pm Tuesday

7.30am – 10.30am Thursday

7.00am – 10.00am Saturday

Please note that as of Tue 6 Dec, all payments for KidZone must be made online or via EFTPOS at reception - no cash payments will be accepted. We have also set up a MultiPass Card on the Grovelife website, which gives you 12 visits for the price of 10. Also, parents who have more than two of their own children attending KidZone on any one visit, will only have to pay for a maximum of two children. The rest of your  children are free, making it more affordable for parents with larger families.

We will trial this new schedule for a period of 4 – 6 weeks and will only retain the days/times which attract the most number of children.

Please do continue to provide us with your feedback and suggestions for KidZone, as we always keep a tally in our records of the days/times residents would like us to adopt.

VISITOR PASSES

Please note that we  no longer have Visitor Passes at reception, so please always remember to bring your Access Card with you to the Country Club to ensure you can always gain access to the facilities.

EXPIRED ACCESS CARDS

Thank you for your patience so far with replacing your expired cards.

Just a few reminders:

- Please order your new card well before your old one expires

- You will be asked to bring your drivers licence and old card to reception in order to pick up your free replacement card

- A $50 fee is charged to replace any lost cards, as outined the Community Handbook, so please look after your new Access Card

- Please refer to our previous email and the post currently on the Grovelife website, under Community News, regarding the procedure on replacing your expired or lost card

ACTIVE OVER 50’S CLUB

It’s been great to see our Active Over 50’s group continually growing in numbers! Thanks also to the Bar & Grill who have generously hosted the group after each class. The coffee-catch-ups have proven to be a huge success, allowing the group to connect with each other in a social setting outside the gym and then at many of the events we’ve held at the Country Club. It’s been a wonderful success, so please feel free to pop along whenever you can on a Tuesday and/or Friday at 9.30am!

GYM TOWELS

A reminder to all gym users that it is a condition of entry to use a towel when on all gym equipment and to wipe the equipment down after each use. For hygiene reasons and out of courtesy to all residents, we ask that you respect this condition each time you enter the gym.
