The Western side of the estate.
In Wildfire, GEM have just completed weeding the gardens, replacing missing plants, mulching entry gardens and extending the irrigation to cover the full area of the entry turf. In Laurina, GEM have been focusing on the huge job of painting the post & rail fences and repairing the entry statement walls. They are also about to mulch Laurina & Lineal Parks, install water meters there, mulch the street trees and spray the weeds in the Laurina garden beds. GEM have also been busy repairing the post and rail fences in Michelia as well as repairing all the associated locks on those fences and bollards. They have a demanding couple of weeks coming up with all their broadleaf spraying in all of the above precincts, mulching various areas within these precincts, and planting a large number of street trees, particularly in Michelia and Laurina. On top of all of this, they still maintain their normal maintenance schedule including all the maintenance work they do at the Country Club, especially as the building begins to age gracefully! I’m sure by the end of winter, the estate will be in a great condition to prepare for all that spring will bring to the Grove!
The Eastern side of the estate
All broad leaf weed spraying has now been completed, however a second spray may be required in a few weeks’ time. Extra staff have been on site over the last week or so painting all timber fences and outdoor chairs in Lomandra, Araucaria and Maculata. Fences have also been painted outside the Country Club, Magnolia Club and Dianella Park as well as some smaller ones along Forestgrove Drive. The team is now currently working on the boundary fence at Dianella. Great job CityWide!
