United Strata have confirmed that all residents should have received their invoice for Community Fees by now as they were sent out early last week. As usual, if you have not received your invoice, please contact Stephane from United Strata on 4625 9882 or at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , as Harrington Lifestyle Services staff are not involved in any way with these invoicing processes. All payments need to be received by Sat 1 July in order to receive the 10% reduction.
Landscaping Update

You may have seen the landscaping team mulching many areas of the estate and planting new street trees of late. If you see pink dots on your lawn, it means that the team is about to plant a tree on that mark. You will find a flyer in your letterbox explaining the process, along with contact details of someone within the landscaping team you can talk to should you have any enquiries. Please note that it is a requirement that all houses have at least one street tree out the front of their house
Free Book Exchange at Magnolia Club

Following in the footsteps of the world wide phenomenon, Free Little Library, one of our residents has shown interest in having our own book exchange here in Harrington Grove. The empty bookshelves in the Alfresco Room at the Magnolia Club need some company, so this would be the perfect place to set up this new initiative. To get the library started, please drop in any books you no longer require to reception at the Country Club. Alternatively, if you need help getting them to reception, please call reception on 4631 3200 and we’ll organise to pick them up for you. The library will commence as soon as we have enough books to make it work successfully – and all genres and types of books for young and old are welcome! Please only provide books that are in a good condition.
